I'm Danielle Bauman, a personal trainer certified through American Council on Exercise. I'm also a Training for Warriors level one and level two coach and a MovNat certified level one trainer. Truthfully, I wasn't an athlete growing up. My love of fitness began as an adult and I treat every day with every client as part of my own personal journey to optimal health and fitness. I hope to motivate you to embrace the journey with me! It can be one heck of an adventure. I'm lucky enough to coach where I first found my love of fitness - Momentum Athletics and Fitness.
