The core of any exercise program. A certified personal trainer works one-on-one with you to improve motor function, strength and endurance using a variety of equipment. Personal Training is a “goal-oriented,” customized workout. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength or improve your overall health, personal training is all about you! By using a personal trainer, you are making a commitment to yourself to improve your overall health and energy.
- Personal Fitness Assessment required prior to starting a personal training program at a cost of $50.00.
- $40.00 per session, when purchased in a package of 8 sessions.
Group Personal Training - The “Ultimate Workout!” |
This is a fat-burning, endurance building workout. You work directly with a certified trainer on a program customized for a ladies group of up to four. Invest 60 minutes a few times a week and you will make great strides in your endurance, strength, agility, balance and coordination. This is the workout that gets results! It is personal training at half the cost.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. The goal of yoga, which means "union," is to integrate and balance the mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Hatha yoga offers benefits to all aspects of life: work, relationships, and recreation. Is a way of connecting and conditioning the whole-being body and mind. Pilates increases joint mobility, flexibility, balance and body awareness. It develops muscular strength and endurance. It also improves posture and alignment, which may relieve back strain and other postural-related disorders.
An aerobic class that combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors - it's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many benefits to the body.
Creates a motivational environment for kids that want to have fun exercising, GET FIT and learn cool dance moves. Hip Hop Kids is for ages 8 and up. No dance experience needed, just lots of energy and a good attitude! *Taught by Tara Atsalis
An aerobic class offering a variety of exercises designed to tone and firm the entire body, including multiple muscle, core and agility exercises, kickboxing moves and boot camp style drills.

Personal Fitness Assessment

Designed to evaluate the cardio respiratory condition of a person relative to his or her age and sex and to measure maximum muscular contraction and range of motion in primary muscle groups. Includes weight, measurements, body fat analysis, flexibility, strength and cardio.
