Shredded Chicken with a Kick
2 pounds of chicken breast - boneless, skinless
1 cup of sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup of ginger marinade
1/2 tablespoon of Chinese Five Spice
Throw it all in a crockpot and cook on low 8-10 hours. Pull out the chicken and shred it with 2 forks. Toss the shredded chicken back in the crockpot and mix it all up. Serve on whole wheat bread, as an entree with a veggie side, on top of a bed of spinach, etc

Grilled Fish in Miso Broth
1/2 Pound white fish - Cod, Halibut, etc
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup ginger dressing marinade
3-4 Baby Bok Choy
1 1/2 cup Rice Cauliflower
2 - 3 cups Spinach
1 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms
2 cups Miso broth(I like the Miso Ginger broth from Trader Joe's)
Marinade fish and bok choy in soy sauce and ginger dressing and start grill.
Saute rice cauliflower in 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Add spinach stirring frequently.
Add fish and bok choy to grill.
Once spinach has wilted down, add miso and mushrooms.
Simmer until mushrooms are soft and both is heated through.
Fish is ready when cooked thoroughly and still flaky. Pull the fish and bok choy off the grill and plate on top of the miso sauce.
