Spinning

The Spinning program is the global leader in indoor cycling training, education and equipment. Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, the Spinning program and patented Spinner® bikes manufactured by Star Trac® deliver a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn and personal challenge—all at a self-directed pace.  We offer over 15 Spinning classes per week with 12 certified instructors there to rock your workout!  All Spinning classes are included in your membership!

Spinning

Spinning is the original and most popular group cycling class. Classes are high energy, non-impact cardiovascular workouts that integrate music, camaraderie & visualization. Spinning® is for participants of all fitness levels. It’s a revolutionary program on the cutting edge of health and fitness. Spinning is a total mind/body connection that is the core of obtaining complete fitness and health. This exciting training program utilizes motivation, mental training techniques and the most thoroughly tested cycling techniques available. Zumba

Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Advanced Body Conditioning (A.B.C.)

This is a beginner to intermediate strength training class. This class emphasizes the basics, making it easy to follow and fun for all ages. ABC incorporates light strength training along with aerobic style exercises and is guaranteed to provide the participant with a safe and effective total body workout.

Stretch & Flex

Reduce muscle tension and injuries, increase range of motion and energy levels, improve posture and get a greater sense of well-being.  Stretch & Flex is a great way to relieve stress. The class is taught by a certified personal trainer.

Yoga

Classes are influenced Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and a Hatha/Tantric philosophy.
