Spinning

The Spinning program is the global leader in indoor cycling training, education and equipment. Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, the Spinning program and patented Spinner® bikes manufactured by Star Trac® deliver a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn and personal challenge—all at a self-directed pace.  We offer over 15 Spinning classes per week with 12 certified instructors there to rock your workout!  All Spinning classes are included in your membership!

When we pioneered the indoor cycling category, we created the Spinning experience. With a distinct core philosophy, sound programming, comprehensive training and a bike designed to fit all shapes, sizes and abilities, the Spinning program has always had one singular goal: to bring health and fitness to every lifestyle.

Spinning

Spinning is the original and most popular group cycling class. Classes are high energy, non-impact cardiovascular workouts that integrate music, camaraderie & visualization. Spinning® is for participants of all fitness levels. It’s a revolutionary program on the cutting edge of health and fitness. Spinning is a total mind/body connection that is the core of obtaining complete fitness and health. This exciting training program utilizes motivation, mental training techniques and the most thoroughly tested cycling techniques available. Zumba

Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. One of the best things about the Pilates method is that it works so well for a wide range of people. During the warmer months, Pilates is offered on our incredible outdoor Terrace.
Pilates

Basic Body Conditioning (B.B.C.)

This is a beginners-oriented class excellent for deconditioned and active older adults. This class emphasizes the basics, making it easy to follow and fun for all ages. BBC incorporates light strength training along with aerobic style exercises and is guaranteed to provide the participant with a safe and effective total body workout.

Power Drill

An aerobic class offering a variety of exercises designed to tone and firm the entire body. Includes multiple muscle, core and agility exercises, kickboxing moves, and boot camp style drills.
