At the age of 47, I admitted that my daily walks or bike rides just weren’t enough to “fight the jiggle!“ Ten months ago I began a personal training program with Lorie at GET FIT, hoping to improve muscle tone and build strength.
After the first few workouts, I was amazed how my energy level improved. Now, the ache in my lower back from poor posture is gone, my clothes are fitting better and its’ so nice to not need help carrying a 40 lb. bag of dog food!
In addition, I’ve noticed a reduction in my stress level and have a more positive outlook on life. I look forward to every workout! What better investment than good health!
