Spinning® Classes
GET FIT is an Official Spinning® Center, bringing high-energy, non-impact cardiovascular workouts that integrate music,
camaraderie and visualization. Spinning® is for participants of all fitness levels and ages. It is a revolutionary program on the
cutting edge of health and fitness.
Spinning®, or group cycling, is an exciting training program which utilizes motivation, mental training techniques and the most
thoroughly tested cycling methods available. Spinning® burns about 500 calories per workout. There are no complicated movements or
routines to memorize, riders control the resistance on their own Spinner® Bike.

The Spinning® program is the world's most popular indoor cycling program. David, Jennifer and Terri experienced a hands-on workshop
that focused on Spinning® program fundamentals providing them with the athletic and motivational techniques needed to offer participants
a mind/body workout which will help them in achieving their fitness goals, which leads to a healthier, more balanced lives.
